Aim Star Learning is looking for BCBAs to join our team of highly skilled clinicians. We pride ourselves on providing the highest quality services to our clients through small BCBA caseloads, ongoing supervision of BCBAs, extensive RBT training, a 10-20% supervision model, and professional development opportunities.

BCBA Responsibilities:

  • Conduct client assessments and create treatment and intervention plans
  • Oversee implementation of treatment plans

Aim Star Learning is actively seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our dedicated team. As a crucial member of our center, the BCaBA will contribute to the development and implementation of behavior intervention plans, conduct assessments, and provide direct services to individuals with autism and related developmental disorders.

Responsibilities:

  • Assessment and Analysis:
    • Conduct functional behavior assessments and assist in analyzing assessment data.
    • Collaborate with the supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to develop comprehensive behavior intervention plans.
  • Behavior Intervention Planning:
    • Implement behavior intervention plans based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
    • Regularly monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of behavior intervention plans, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.
  • Direct Client Services:
    • Provide direct ABA therapy services to clients under the supervision of a BCBA.
    • Collect and analyze behavior data during therapy sessions to assess progress and modify interventions accordingly.
  • Training and Support:
    • Provide training and support to Behavior Technicians and other team members.
    • Collaborate with the BCBA to ensure staff adherence to ABA principles and maintain high-quality service delivery.

Registered Behavior Technician/ Certified Behavior Technician

Aim Star Learning is in search of full and part-time behavior therapists (15-40 hours a week). This entry-level position will require training to become a Certified Behavior Technician (CBT). CBTs are responsible for delivering instruction to students with autism, challenging behaviors, and other special needs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). We provide comprehensive training and provide multiple weekly opportunities to collaborate with experienced BCBAs

BT Responsibilities

  • Work with clients with autism, developmental disabilities, and emotional behavior disorders
  • Implement behavior and intervention plans developed by a BCBA
  • Collect data on all target behaviors
  • Attend team meetings
  • Provide daily updates to parents or caregivers
  • Write daily session notes
  • Collaborate with BCBA during observations
  • Daily set up and clean up

BT Minimum Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED required. B.A. in psychology, social work, education, or related fields preferred.
  • Passionate about working with individuals with special needs
